Once the farmers brought their wheat to be ground between the millstones of the historic watermill. Today, people come to the beautifully restored Old Mill Lodge to calm the mind and relax the body in this haven of peace and beauty behind the mountains.The Old Mill Lodge is the ideal getaway. A leisurely two hours from Cape Town along the world?s longest wine route. Nestled in the hills of McGregor, with its whitewashed cottages, vineyards and mountain backdrops. Restored country house with lounge, bar and elegant restaurant, all overlooking the lodge's vineyard and Langeberg Mountains. En suite thatched cottages, set in beautiful gardens. A short walk through the olive grove takes you to the secluded swimming pool, fishing dam and Nature Reserve. Conference centre and complementary healing room in The Barn.
